rabu aritu(5 ogos 2009), mmg merupakan hari yg mencabar dalam sejarah aku kat UMT nik.. mmg gilak aarr.. tak dapat nak digambarkan dengan kate2 perasaan tu.. aku wat lab kitchen rabu tuh , kena masak chicken stock, nasi lemak kukus, ayam masak merah, acar rampai, accompaniment tok nasi lemak aku tuh, corn and crab chowder dgn minestrone soup... mmg bayak giler nak masak.. yang paling tak tahan tu semua tu mesti disiapkan dalam mase 2jam setengah siap dengan dia punya garnish dia skali..

dengan dapur yang skit punya panas, (basah sapu tgan aku) group aku nik da mmg dicop oleh lecturer.. dia plak asek datang jek kat group aku.. da tak tentu arah diwatnyer group2 member aku nih (padahal aku pon same jgak ketar)hehehe.. terjadi la 1 kejadian ni.. aku tak potong mirepoix(sebut dier "mi-er-puah") tok chicken stock coz mase mggu sbelumnyer mmg dorg tak potong pon mende jadah tuh... so aku pon tak potong mende tuh.. nak dijadikan cerita, kantoi la kslahan tersebut.. then yang tak tahan tuh dia nak bg '0' alias zero... mase tuh mmg rase nak mati jek... sedey woo... rase nak meletup jantung aku menerima tekanan mcm tuh.. dah la mlm tu aku tidor kul 4 pg.. makan 2 kping biskut kering jep.. mmg tak bernafas da aku mse tuh.. rase separuh mati.. aku da rase loya & sakit perut coz tension sgt.. kepala da pening, mate dap using tp aku terus je memotivatekan diri aku yang semakin hilang moral n semangat tok terus siapkan dishes tok aritu.. akan tetapi setelah semua onak duri, dan segala ranjau yang pedih tuh kitorg lalui dengan tabah(da habes tabah la tuh.. tp seyesly mmg hell) tibe la mase2 yang mengembirakan.. hehehe tibe2 jek heaven datang menjengah ke perasaan kitorang..
